      Ingredients: alligator, pork, green onions, seasoning (salt, red pepper, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, sugar).


      Recipe: Poche's Grilled Gator Patties with Creole Mustard Sauce


      Ingredients:


      4 Poche's Gator Patties

      1/4 cup Creole mustard

      1/4 cup mayonnaise

      2 tbsp honey

      1 tsp paprika

      1 tsp garlic powder

      Salt and pepper to taste


      Instructions:


      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

      In a small bowl, mix together the Creole mustard, mayonnaise, honey, paprika, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
